In lieu of finding a suitable swimming pool, we took Ella to a fun park with water features. That the park was free was even better! The twins came one time & Greta squealed with delight as we took her through the "car wash" (red contraption above). She kicked her arms and legs as fast as she could as if she were pleading to go through again. To his credit, we did keep Charlie from taking his nap. But, he let us know that he preferred to sit on Dad's lap and watch from a distance. Grandma ran all over the park with Ella as she fluttered from the water to the swings, to the climbing part, to the slide. When Nick, Ella & Flora went back without the twins, a DJ was playing at a birthday party which only added to the festivities.
