Sometimes the kids get along so well, I forget they are so young. I forget they are not 6 like Ella & can't reason or express their emotions well. The days can start to feel very long when one of them is overly tired. Unending tears & pinching & groaning, hurt feelings, little bodies flung onto the floor in despair that their sibling has touched their chair during breakfast. So, we capture these tender moments, keep them in the back of our head & remind ourselves they are growing quickly & before we know it, they'll be kindergartners bargaining for computer time.

You are so right! It's easy to forget they just can't tell you they're having a bad day - or in Nate's case - that they're not feeling well. Sometimes they seem so grown up that it's easy to forget they are still so little! Thanks for the reminder! Great pics as always !
