After seeing Tia to the bus stop with hugs, a quick morning haircut (for me), playdate (for the girls with the Sikorski boys) and doctor's visit for Charlie (ingrown toenail), we picked up Hoagie from Jessie's house & hit the road.
Hogan had a tough time in the hotel in Moab, but loved being chased by Ella in the dog run.
Moab is such a beautiful place. We hope to get back for a visit soon.
After stretching our legs, it was time for leg 2 of our trip.
We were disappointed when we discovered that Moab isn't half way to Albuquerque (more like 1/3 of the way).
It was kind of a boring drive.
There were lots of naps (and complaints that Hogan was hogging the back seat).
And coffee stops.
The occasional roadside attraction.
And then, we road into town. Good-bye Wasatch Mountains, Hello Sandia!
