Rio Grande Nature Center

Way back in February, we took Liz & Nicole to visit the Rio Grande Nature Center.

Everything was brown.

And the Rio Grande wasn't very grand.

But, the birds were beautiful.  And the blue skies were gorgeous. During warmer times, there are nearly 300 bird species in the park.

I hope that this fall we can catch the crane migration.

And, I think one of the guided moon walks would be fun.

As fun as it was to run around in the dirt, we all thought this would be a great place to visit again in the Spring/Summer.
