San Diego

We spent Fall Break in San Diego with my sister & Uncle K.

They were very excited to see us.

I've been working to expand the culinary palate of our crew. I'm happy to report that the kids enjoyed their calamari sandwich. 

The kids were ready to stretch their legs outside.

 

Amazing how a two hour plane ride can affect the vegetation. 

Of course, we picked a rainy weekend to visit, but still managed to spend a good amount of time outside.

I'm doing my best to imagine that I am sitting on a beach, the warm sand under my feet & I am listening to waves crashing against the rocks.
